Website not working

I have wanted to send flowers to a friend and receive e-mails on a daily basis but when i tried to go online and buy some products once you click through to the purchase of it, it does not go anywhere.<br> I phoned their call centre and they are unable to help me as well.<br> How does an online business not have a back up server available for it's clients to purchase either online or over the phone
