Website is terrible

I've tried and ordered gifts for my parents in the Eastern Cape in a somewhat remote location before with no issue. Now I get a consistent error message about needing an extra day regardless of which day I choose (not even 10 days in advance worked) and I can't proceed with the order. ****ty error messaging seems like lazy development. Will not be using this website again unless it's fixed and will actually tell me what's really wrong.
