Spent three hours on their ******* website and didn't place an order. Could not login, when I had logged in before. Tried to do a password reset, and it sent me to a blocked page. Logged on and created a fresh account with a new e-mail address. Wanted, finally, to place an order to find out that the website refused to take the Black Friday discount code. Netflorist just lost a R1k order.
