Weak promises , bad service

<p>I was very excited to order from Netflorist something for my husband to be delivered. The order was placed 2 days before delivery. On the day of delivery i tracked my order number via NetFlorists website and saw that it still showed as "Order Received" meaning the order is still being prepared by NetFlorist.</p> <p>I called the dispach 4 times during the course of the day and every time i as told that the driver is 10 minutes away. At 14h20 in the afternoon i was told that the driver is now 30minutes away! It is almost at the close of day and STILL my order has NOT been delivered. This was supposed to be a surprise to be delivered to by husband's office and it is now ruined. NEVER again will i use NetFlorist or re******d them to anybody. I am NOT happy!!!!</p>
