We DON'T deliver happiness, one bouquet at a time

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from NetFlorist. My order was meant to be a thoughtful delivery for someone in the hospital, yet NetFlorist completely failed to fulfil this simple request. Instead of delivering the gift to the recipient as instructed, they asked the patient—who is unwell and admitted in hospital—to come out and collect it themselves. This is absolutely unacceptable.

The whole purpose of using a delivery service is to ensure the gift reaches the recipient, especially when they are unable to move around. NetFlorist showed a complete lack of care, professionalism, and basic empathy in this situation.

Not only was the delivery not completed as promised, but their handling of the situation was inconsiderate and totally inappropriate. I will not be using NetFlorist again and I strongly advise others to reconsider before placing an order. When sending a gift matters, you need a company that honours their promises—unfortunately, NetFlorist proved they do not.
