waste of money and time

I placed an order for a nice valentines gift for my girlfriend. Everything went smooth up until they delivered the gift. I was shocked when I saw the picture she sent me of the flowers. Every single one of them was dead, as if they had no water for over a week. Even the delivery man was shocked to see the state of which the flowers were in. After calling them the next day, they promised to deliver new flowers that will be in a mich better condition. However I waited the whole day for them to pitch and no one ever came. I will never get anything through Netflorist again. All they do is waste your money and time. Rather go buy the gift in a shop and deliver it yourself. Just look at all the bad reviews they have.
