Waste of good money

<p>I have placed an order with Netflorist yesterday, their website stated same day delivery. Long story short, after a call to their call centre I’ve found out that they had the order for the next day which wouldn’t have helped me much, Aphiwe at their call centre assisted and had the gift delivered at the house which was not ideal but better than nothing. The gift were not as per the website, I have paid extra for a red Love ribbon R14.95 which was not included and the website stated Biltong and Droëwors in 2 x Beef bilton holders. Upon opening the box we’ve found 1 x Beef biltong holder and one packet of droëwors but both the biltong and droëwors being game and not beef. The person receiving the gift won’t eat game. I wish that they could have advised this as I would have not had to spend R314. Netflorist haven’t advise me with a solution as yet.</p>
