Warning to Other Customers – Poor Service & Low-Quality Flowers

I want to share my disappointing experience with Netflorist so that others can avoid the frustration I went through. My order was supposed to arrive yesterday, but it was delayed, and when it finally arrived, the flowers were NOT fresh. After waiting longer than expected, I received wilted, poor-quality flowers—nothing like what was advertised.

I reached out to their customer service, but the response has been slow and unhelpful. This level of service is completely unacceptable. If you’re considering ordering from them, I strongly advise you to look elsewhere to avoid the same disappointment.

Save your money and choose a more reliable florist that actually delivers what they promise!
