Wanted a gift to cheer up my wife, but no show??

I'm quite disappointed with the service I received today from Netflorist. I placed an order for my Wife as she is going through a tough time. I followed up twice and was told it is out on delivery. I'm now at home and still no gift. I've now tried contacting the call centre numerous times with no luck. Does nobody work at Netflorist on a Friday? It's 17:20 and still no delivery and no answer from your call centre. I placed this order at 10:15 this morning. This is the last time I use Netflorist for any kind of gift/special occasion.
