wallet Order Number ***

I ordered a wallet about 2 to 3 weeks ago for my boyfriend on Net florist, had absolutely no problem about coz I had bought from them before. I am absolutely disappointed in what they sold me and how it looks now, I disputed this with them on a chat and email, even sent pictures and I am being told there is nothing wrong with the wallet by Rene Malan. 1. I am not happy with the quality of this product, 2. I spent almost 700 for a wallet that won't even last another month, 3. it has not even been a month yet and this thing looks like it has been used for over a year. a gift should be something very meaningful and what I got was nonsense and I am practically being told to keep the nonsense they sold me?
