Waiting on netflorist

I am utterly gutted by the recent service I recieved from Netflorist. It was my wife's birthday today and my order never arrived. She is now sitting without a birthday gift due to the poor service I received. I did manage to get hold of an agent who said it was out to delivery. It is still out for delivery. So I guess it is day old flowers when eventually arrives. Shame on you netflorist.No communication nothing. Absolutely pathetic. This is the last time I use netflorist for anything.
