Vouchers used were not deducted from the order.

<p>I ordered a gift on the Netflorist website. During checkout I entered my voucher codes for 2 vouchers each valued at R100. The total amount credited from my account and no voucher discount was deducted. After a phone call to the Netflorist call centre I was rudely dismissed and told to order from there site with the vouchers next time. I will not use Netflorist again so my vouchers will therefore expire and I will be R200 out of pocket. The tone with which the call centre consultant spoke was highly unprofessional. I am extremely irritated and angered by this whole ordeal. My Order number is ********** 18.</p>
