Voucher not working. No response

I purchased a voucher using my discovery miles. I have called multiple times being promised a call back. The last call I was told by Pulane that someone at the call centre had tried to use my voucher. I was eventually assured rather unconvincingly that I would get a call back.

I have called and sent emails... Its now a month after my first call. Emails are being ignored.

Absolutely useless service. Please just give my discovery miles back.

If I were discovery, I'd reconsider partnering with a comapny that clearly doesn't care about their customers.
