voucher doesnt work - dont waste your time

<p>netflorist sends me a voucher, as well as reminders , and it doesnt work! when i call into the call centre, the lady isnt very helpful. she promised to call me back in 10 minutes, 1 hour has gone.</p> <p>will never use them again!</p>
