Voted Best Florist in South Africa?? WHY???

I am SO SO tired of Netflorist and their pathetic service. It has really been countless occasions that I have had a problem with them but I've always given them the benefit of the doubt and purely because I am abroad and I am unable to do it myself. <br> <br> I have had wrong flowers delivered, delivery to the wrong person and now no delivery. It is SUCH a waste of my money.<br> <br> Please get your act together.
