Voted Best Florist?

I have only ever heard good things about Netflorist. Upon moving away from SA, I had decided to start using them. So far, out of the 7 times that i have used them in the last 4 months, I have complained 3 times. Once, the wrong flowers were delivered - I had paid more for the flowers that i ordered than the ones delivered. Then there was the fact that what i had ordered and what was received looked TOTALLY different - I was given the response that the flowers may vary, which I agree with but if I am ordering based on what the picture looks like, it would be nice to receive that. Lastly, I had ordered a box of chocolates to be delivered. It was delivered. But to the wrong person. The person that was to receive the order, did not. I want it to be known that I only ever do this for special occasions, or to brighten someones day. How can I do that when they don't get it? Or when its wrong? It defeats the purpose. I pay for this and expect good customer service.
