VERY VERY VERY DISSAPOINTED,

I am so dissapointed in Netflorist, I will NEVER make use of them again. What is the point of a call center or emailing people if your phone just rings and email never get responded to.

I tried to contact them all morning to arrange to have the flower delivered before 4pm. They NEVER answered their phones. I purposely arranged everything on Thursday so that this wouldn't happen and the following Tuesday it happened anyways.

Then they finally phoned me because they couldn't get hold of my wife and after telling them what happened, I was promised fresh flowers will be delivered the next day. And the next day came, and the 12 roses were wilted and definitely NOT fresh as I was PROMISED. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN.
