Very very Bad Service

I'm writing to express my disappointment and frustration with my recent order. The flowers delivered were not what I ordered, and my order was incomplete - the teddy bear was missing. This was meant to be a special gift for my wife, and I'm upset on her behalf. Your service has been inconsistent, with similar issues last year on Valentine's Day. I'm extremely dissatisfied and won't be using your services again.
