Very Unprofessional and Delayed. Not impressed!

For one of the largest gift delivery business, the service I've experienced recently with you was PATHETIC. I still have NOT received the gift I ordered on the 29th September.

On the 29th I ordered for a gift to be delivered on the 6th October. This was to be delivered at my work address. However, on the delivery date, NOBODY contacted me the whole day. I knocked off at about 3.30pm as it was a Friday. The driver WhatsApped me at about 4.45! I was long time home already. Anyway, I then called and arranged for it to be delivered the following day (the 7th) at my home address. The following day, no one called or WhatsApp me again So I'm very upset. This was a special gift that I had ordered a week in advance, and still have not received it. If I could honestly give you a 0 star, trust me I would. Very unprofessional.
