Very slow service

It is our anniversary today and I place an order approx 8am and receive the flowers after 5pm after being told the driver left at 1pm and is not updating his deliveries...I will not use this service again because the day is almost over and then I receive the flowers? Nonsense..no calls for updates and I need to follow up?...terrible service
