Very sloppy with deliveries

Each time I order with Netflorist I have to encounter a setback then end up stressing to suprise someone. I ordered a gift as early as 5:55am for delivery same day, by 12:05pm it was out for delivery, time is 16:35pm and it’s still not yet delivered. What’s the point of promising a same day delivery and you gonna deliver very late, when the essence of the celebration has subsided?.

This was my last order with this company. I’m gonna use other service providers, from now on!
