Very rude driver

Driver was absolutely rude! Driver was unprofessional this was a special day for girlfriend on her birthday the driver treated her like he's doing us a favour I'm very upset with service we recieved from netflorist as I heard how he spoke to her...if they are not happy quit! there are other people that are willing to work and give better service!
