Very poor service

I ordered a cake and flowers on Saturday( 04/06/2022) for delivery on Monday( 06/06/2022), for my mother’s birthday. They still haven’t delivered today. I got paid on Saturday and was emailed the receipt. I tried tracking my order yesterday in the morning it said it was for delivery then later the status was changed to me placing the order on the date of delivery.
