Very poor customer service

I've been using Netflorist for years, but my last 2 experiences were horrific. I placed an order last Wednesday with a promise of it being delivered the next day, Thursday. Nothing arrived, and Friday was a public holiday. I was shocked to get an answering machine on Friday - Women's Day - surely a busy day for Netflorist. No one responded on line, and this morning (Monday) I got a futile excuse and promise, but to this hour still no delivery.
