very poor communication and accountability for not delivering

I had ordered a birthday gift. They did not deliver as per the arrangment, it was a saturday so their was no support number after 12. The came back on monday saying that they were out of stock. I asked them why did you have the product online if you had no stock..There has not been any reply regarding this .. they just gave a blunt message do you want a credit or would you like to order something else
