Very Poor and Pathetic Service from Netflorist

Very Bad experience ,poor service and no communication with clientele. This is NOT the first time, I have had this problem twice within two months and my daughter also had the problem. I place and paid my order early this morning to be delivered today 27 November 2020. It is 18:05 and still nothing.The online tracking system does not work. The chat is also useless. Tomorrow they will deliver dead and drooping flowers.... Totally NOT acceptable.This company is ripping people off with the substandard quality and service
