Very pathetic customer support

I am very unhappy with Netflorist. According to the website you can use up to 5 Wicodes. I bought 2 to enable me to buy something for my husband for our anniversary today. I even had a free delivery voucher. When I tried to insert the codes it would not work and then I refreshed the page and the option to put the Wicodes in vanished. someone from support phoned me to say they would look into it and phone me back. To date still no feedback - and I couldn't buy my husband anything as I used the funds for the Wicodes and the free delivery voucher shows it has been claimed when I did not claim it (it was not even for the full delivery amount).
