Very late delivery/lack of communication

I am so not happy.

Delivery to a work address at 5.44pm

The intention was 4 her to have the flowers for the day at work.

I told the agent yesterday she leaves at 4pm so if delivery is going to be after 3 deliver the next day.

She advised that they check with the driver and if it wont make the time you automatically deliver the next day.

I wasted my money doing this, wont be using you again.

Wont recommend u

Will persist that delivery wont be in time

Easy instrunctions were not followed

Emails sent

Calls made

Was a really fraustrating process
