Very disgusted with product received

Very disgusted with the service I got from Netflorist. Ordered a clock for mother's day which was to be delivered on Friday. I received the product on Saturday. When I wanted to put the clock together I realised that i didn't have all the parts and some parts were also wrong. Phoned them to tell them they needed to fix the mistake but was passed on from one person to another. Eventually I emailed them the photos so that they could send me the correct parts but when I phoned to confirm if they received the emailed phone was put down in my ear because they closed at 17:00. At this point I don't know if my present will be corrected for mother's day. I am very disgusted and doubt that I will order anything from them again.
