VERY DISGUSTED BY YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE

My boyfriend bought me a gift on Monday night, paid and yesterday the whole day the order was on " IN PRODUCTION" then they decided to come and deliver after i left work, he told them to hold it off and send it off today, guess what its on " in production" status again. you people suck, this is not the first time im experiencing this issue with yall. You cant even communicate with the client and update and apologise. its so sickening. order number is *** if you are interested to follow up.
