VERY DISGRUNTLED CUSTOMER

I ordered a cream teddy as advertised as a replacement teddy for my granddaughter. They delivered a brown one. I immediately notified them via whatsapp and sent photos etc. They just answered that the cream one was out of stock hence they sent a brown one. That is not what was advertised. I asked for a refund and am now completely being ignored. I have even sent them emails as well. If an item is out of stock and you select it then it should give you the option to select another item in that place but their website does not do that. I want my money back. Their after sales service is very bad
