Very disappointing service, no communication whatsoever

If there was a zero star rating I would give it. My order was delivered very late and I specifically put in a work address because I wanted the flowers and chocolates to be delivered at the person's work. The do not communicate with me and they call the person at 19:30 saying they are at the gate that time the person has long left work, they do not call me as the person who ordered to ask or inform me that the are running late so that I can give them a new address even though the late delivery did not serve the purpose anymore... The flowers were left at the security and when I send an email to complain the do not reply. Very disappointing I would not advise anyone to order from Netflorist
