Very Disappointing – Nothing Like What We Ordered

We were really thrilled to get this floral arrangement as it was meant to be an exciting surprise on my wife's birthday. But, what we got is a complete disappointment as it was totally nothing like what we had seen while placing the order.

It was supposed to be a beautiful pink floral arrangement that we had ordered, but what we received were wilting white roses, which was very disappointing. They looked tired and not at all fresh, and ruined the whole idea of a special birthday surprise.

When one orders flowers from the website, I had the expectation of the arrangement looking almost the same as what is shown on the website. At least it should have been somewhat close to the picture on the website considering the cost it entailed.

What made matters worse is that it was meant to be a surprise for my wife's birthday, and the result was nothing like what we were hoping for; in fact, it embarrassed me.

Certainly, I could have expected more from NetFlorist. The bouquet that was delivered was not as described, and the quality of the flowers was also very poor. I doubt I will ever use NetFlorist again after this experience.
