Very disappointing - delivery 48 hours late!

My mother's birthday flowers were delivered 48 hours late and I could not give the company a landline number to contact her when ordering as it "doesn't have whatsapp" - my mother does not use internet or cell phone at all. I couldn't do anything either as I'm in the UK and don't have a SA cell number.....Overall a bad experience - Netflorist staff are unhelpful and refuse to compensate for 2 day late delivery. I will not use them again - quick to take your money then full of excuses when they don't deliver on time. Very disappointing! Blah!!!
