Very disappointing

Ordered a gift for Father’s Day. Placed my order on Wednesday to be told it would be delivered on Saturday which is fine. Got an email at 2.30pm on Saturday to say the driver could not find my house and it won’t be delivered. Asked me to phone the number, which I did, they were closed. So frustrating!! Nobody phoned me to tell me the driver was lost - I could have helped him with directions. Now it’s Father’s Day and we have no gift. I’ll never use netflorist again. Completely unprofessional and disorganized. Very disappointing.
