Very disappointing

I would like to express my utmost disappointment in the flowers which was delivered to my sister for her birthday on the 12th of May 2015.<br> <br> I specifically looked for an arrangement which rather have plants in it and a basket and the arrangement which was delivered was not even close to what I have ordered. I don't know what the point is in your options to select plants/flowers or vases or baskets if it is not being executed!<br> <br> The only arrangement which was available for delivery countrywide is NETC23. What we received was really not a fair match (and shocking) to what I have ordered and especially for the amount I have paid. Except for the fact that the there is no plant whatsoever and no basket, the flowers in the arrangements doesn't have one single Gerbera in it and the colour scheme doesn't match what I was looking for and the red little bow really looks sad. <br> <br> I just need to bring this under your attention. I really do feel that I have wasted money by using Netflorist and I will not make use of them again. <br> <br>
