Very Disappointed nothing like my preview

Ordered a personalised chopping board when previewed looks amazing - when received the image covers the entire board - contacted Netflorist only to be told I am wrong and their advertising is correct - when I previewed my image it showed a beige background as the chopping board with herbs and salt and my image as an insert - when I received it the image covers the entire board - how disappointing hence the 1 star rating which I actually feel in this instance is too high
