Very disappointed customer left with horrible bunch of flowers but paid a fortune for iy

I was so excited to be spoiling someone special to me. I didn’t even mind spending extra for a great bunch. However my aunt received these flowers yesterday. It looked nothing like what the original picture showed when I ordered. To be honest with you I was totally embarrassed by what I saw. I sent them an email, chatted to a couple of people instant chat, tried calling them on their number, wrote on their Facebook page. Utterly disappointed by the don’t care attitude. I use this supplier many times. I was even tempted to use a local supplier but was scared of the poor quality I would receive only to be disappointed by Net-florist. I have pictures to show what was ordered and what was actually sent.
