Very disappointed customer

Bad service all round. Nobody seems to care if you are happy or not. The best they can do is ask: would you like to cancel this order" Is this how you run a business? Should you not be going the extra mile to make your customer happy?

This is the problem when companies feel they are invincible forgetting that we little people with our little money pay their bills and their salaries I don't want some pre-written apology letter or a flimsy voucher, I want you to put your customers needs first
