Very disappointed.

I ordered some flowers for my wife in hospital. They were supposed to be delivered the day after I ordered. By 5 pm the next day that had not been delivered, so I sent a chat message on their website to find out why. At 7:30pm, I, got an email to say my order had been delivered, but they had not in fact delivered. (I am pretty sure they do deliver after hours anyway so how did that happen?)
