Very disappointed

The first and I think the last time I would order anything from Netflorist !The order showed out for delivery for a couple of hours when I queried it all the consultant whoever she was is told me that they don't gaurantee a specific delivery time ? You know your branding of the company is surprises,birthdays etc we'll it's supposed to be because you clearly defeat if and spoil the entire surprise because the courier gets lost after he has a full address given after calling he has such a bad attitude on line demanding a location ! This is horrible service! On top of that receiving a false advertising package with all items ridiculously small after choosing medium in the picture ? The packaging as per the picture and the name of the item is 'you are my tomorrow "but I'm given a plain box trash!!!!with all other items given just like that ..you have absolute no care in giving the best product and service to customers but all a money making business! Not recommemed!
