Very Disappointed

I placed an order for my friend’s gift on Saturday, and it was supposed to be delivered today (Tuesday). But since this morning, tracking the order has been frustrating. Now it’s almost 6pm, and the delivery address is a business location where everyone has already left. To make things worse, the AI bot isn’t responding and the website is extremely slow. Honestly, this experience has been so disappointing, I don’t think I’ll order from them again.
