Very disappointed

I placed an order with NetFlorist on Thursday 11th February for a deliver to Nelspruit on Monday 15th February only to be phoned on Monday (note the delivery day) to inform me that the delivery will not take place as their supplier does not deliver to Nelspruit. When booking it says nothing of this nature and gives Nelspruit as an option. This was an important delivery! I am highly annoyed with this situation.
