VERY DISAPPOINTED!!

I am so disapointed with netflorist ,I had ordered a cake, 2 le creuset muggs and wine for my cousin's birthday,my order did not get delivered on time my cousin had moved from where it was supposed to be delivered,i had to send a new address for them to deliver which took another 7 days,eventually it was delivered but there was no cake in the order,they just put 6 round lindt chocolate inside the mugs,i asked for a refund for the cake BUT I NEVER RECIEVED MY MONEY!!
