Very disappointed!

Ordered red rose in a vase. Order was accepted online. Received a phonecall indicating that they didn't have the red rose. Offered me something else, which I accepted since it was for our wedding anniversary. Received the flowers in a flippen water glass. Why was my order accepted 07:00 in the morning if you don't have advertised product available!

Very poor.
