Very disappointed

I ordered flowers and a card with a specialized message on it for my sister's birthday along with another gift for my father for father's day. My sister's gift arrived on the 14th (yesterday) with no card. And the other half of the gift only arrived today after it was supposed to be delivered yesterday....

Very very disappointed with the service and with being charged for something like a personal card and then not receiving it with my gift. Also if you are not going to deliver the whole gift on the day the client requests, then don't give that option.
