Very badddddd!!!!

Poor services.. I am extremely angry. Ordered a hamper and a necklace for my sister's birthday which was supposed to be on the 17th they didn't deliver as promised but delivered the hamper on the 18th and no communication on the necklace. When I called the agent said it will be delivered on that same day as a separate package. It didn't come and no communication either. Now that I query they are telling me they don't send perishables via courier and they want to credit my necklace money for my next order.. Like what's that??? Netflorist is unprofessional shame and I am ****ed.
