very bad valentines experience

My order *** was placed.<br> It was two orders for one address.<br> One for my wife and one for my daughters first valentines gift.<br> My only special request was that both orders be delivered on the Friday 13th February.<br> To my surprise the order showed completed to my wife yesterday the 11th February. I am excited thinking both gifts got there early.<br> <br> My wife's gift got delivered with the incomplete message.<br> My daughters gift has not arrived. This leaves me with a disappointed child and my wife with no experience of sharing that moment with my daughter. I call politely and request for a delivery today because so that we can try and remedy the situation. All I get is, we apologise for the inconvenience. Date will remain for Friday. I will not recommend this service to any friends or colleagues and will share this post on any social media I can if I do not get a satisfactory correction.
