VERY BAD SERVICE POOR

Netflorist service is very poor I am not happy i ordered something for my wife on 1st April for our 7th year anniversary to be delivered on 14th April and yet no delivery from them no call or update i could not call them as they dont work weekends so I had to make another plan on the day off our anniversary they deduct they money out of my account in less then two hour and now that they need to refund me they say I am gona have to wait for 7 day for my money service sucks dont think I will order from them again
