Very bad service from Netflorist

My daughter ordered me 2 items for mothers day and only one was delivered. When I followed up with them they said that they didn't have that item. I asked them for a refund. They have been ignoring my requests for the refund. I will definitely not be ordering again from Netflorist. They are happy to take your order but can't fix their mistakes and are happy to keep your money!
